Auto typer for Google Docs on Mac.
To use text replay in Google Docs, grant Mac permissions, open a blank doc, click where the cursor should go, and test one short saved paragraph before using longer content.
1. Confirm Mac permissions first
Enable Humanized Autotyper in macOS Accessibility and Input Monitoring, then restart the app. Google Docs is running inside your browser, so macOS must allow the app to type and listen for the hotkey while the browser is active.
2. Start in a blank document
Open a blank Google Doc and click in the document body until you see the cursor. Use a short sentence first. This removes template formatting, comments, and existing content from the first test.
3. Choose Medium, then replay
Save your test paragraph, choose Medium, return to Google Docs, click the exact insertion point, and press the hotkey. If the browser or doc misses characters, slow the preset down before trying longer text.
4. Use longer text after the field behaves
Once the blank-doc test works, use the same setup for demo paragraphs, training scripts, draft templates, or repeatable examples. Keep the field focused and avoid clicking elsewhere while replay is running.
If Google Docs does not receive text
Check permissions, restart the app, click inside the document body again, and test with Start Typing instead of the hotkey. If Start Typing works but the hotkey does not, choose a shortcut the browser is not already using.
When paced entry is useful
Pacing helps when you are recording a walkthrough, running a training demo, testing document templates, or entering a repeated paragraph where visible typing is better than an instant paste.

Does it need a browser extension? No, it is a desktop app that types into the focused field. Does it only work in Google Docs? No, the same hotkey flow can work in browser forms, notes, CRMs, and other text fields.
